Once you are admitted into our program, an Official Admissions Package will be mailed to you or you can pick it up directly from the IMBA Office. In the package, a Room Reservation Form will be included. You should then apply for rooms accordingly by faxing the ‘Room Reservation Form’ to the Accommodation Service Office (Tel: 86-10-62516570; Fax: 86-10-82503204) or email it to email@example.com.
Since the number of rooms is limited, we strongly recommend that you apply as soon as possible after receiving the package. Students are advised to arrive on campus no earlier than two days in advance. If you cannot make it on time, please send an email to the International Student Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the Accommodation Office (LGIA@ruc.edu.cn).
If you have not arrived two weeks after registration, you will be regarded as voluntarily giving up the Admissions Offer.
Students can stay at No. 1 International Student Building, No. 3 International Student Building, and International Cultural Exchange Center. The daily price ranges from RMB35/bed/day to RMB80/bed/day. You can choose different room types accordingly.
You can also choose to live off-campus if there are appropriate apartments available. Accommodation can be found off-campus by contacting local real-estate agents.
